  • Booking & account details — your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your bookings, camps or academy registrations.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment status and a transaction reference, but we do not collect or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
  • Technical data — basic, non-identifying information such as your device/browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use your information

  • To create, confirm and manage your bookings, camp registrations and academy memberships.
  • To contact you about your booking or membership — for example confirmations, reminders or schedule changes, typically by WhatsApp, SMS, phone or email.
  • To process payments and, where applicable, refunds through our payment gateway.
  • To operate, secure and improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our services, and only as needed:

  • Razorpay — to securely process online payments and refunds.
  • Supabase — our secure database and authentication provider, which hosts your booking and account data.
  • Where required by law, regulation or a valid legal request.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
