These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website kgcxsports.com and the services offered by KGC Sports ("KGC", "we", "us" or "our"), including cricket net bookings, the bowling machine, academy coaching and cricket camps at our facility in Harwan, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. By booking a slot, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings

  • Net and bowling-machine sessions can be booked online, over WhatsApp, or by phone, subject to availability.
  • To confirm an online booking you pay a 50% deposit online. The remaining balance is payable at the venue before or at the time of your session.
  • A slot is only confirmed once the deposit payment succeeds. Unpaid or partially held slots are released automatically after the hold window expires.
  • Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that it ends at the originally booked time, and no adjustment or refund is due for the unused time.

2. Pricing & payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). Current net, bowling-machine, academy and camp prices are shown on the pricing and booking pages.
  • Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • We may change prices from time to time. The price shown at the time of your booking is the price that applies to that booking.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Deposits and fees are non-refundable. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Facility use, safety & conduct

  • You use the nets, bowling machine, equipment and premises at your own risk. Cricket is a physical activity that carries a risk of injury.
  • Please follow all instructions from our staff and any posted safety rules. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving unsafely, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or damaging equipment.
  • Appropriate footwear and protective gear are recommended. The bowling machine must only be operated by, or under the supervision of, our staff.
  • You are responsible for any loss or damage you cause to our equipment or property through misuse or negligence.

5. Academy & camps

  • Academy memberships are billed monthly or yearly with no automatic renewal or auto-charge — you choose when to renew.
  • Batch timings and camp schedules are shared after registration (typically via WhatsApp) and may be adjusted for weather, holidays or operational reasons.
  • Participants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KGC is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of our facility or services, except where caused by our proven negligence. Our total liability in connection with any booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that booking.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
