This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings and payments made to KGC Sports ("KGC", "we", "us"). By paying a deposit or fee, you agree to this policy.

Deposits and fees are non-refundable

The 50% online deposit paid to confirm a net or bowling-machine booking is non-refundable. Likewise, camp fees and academy membership fees are non-refundable once paid. This applies whether or not you attend your booked session.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel a booking, the deposit you paid is not refunded.
  • If you do not turn up for a booked slot (a "no-show"), the deposit is forfeited and the slot is released.

Rescheduling

We understand plans change. As a goodwill gesture, we may — at our discretion and subject to availability — move your booking to another slot if you contact us well in advance of your session by phone or WhatsApp on +91 70063 38924. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and deposits remain non-refundable.

Failed or duplicate payments

If an amount is debited from your account but your booking is not confirmed — for example due to a technical or payment-gateway error — or if you are charged more than once for the same booking, we will refund the affected amount to your original payment method. Such refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's or card issuer's timelines. Please contact us with your payment reference so we can help quickly.

How refunds are issued (where applicable)

Where a refund is due under this policy, it is issued to the original payment method through our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not issue cash refunds for online payments.

Balance payments

The remaining balance after your online deposit is payable at the venue. Deposits paid online are adjusted against your total session price.
